This week marks the first week of summer! With surf mornings, beach days, and summer nights ahead of us, nothing will grace the day better than reggae-rock all day long! So catch some vitamin D from the summer sun-rays and find a live show to rock out to.

With an outstanding kickoff to their newly released album, the The Dirty Heads are back in their hometown of Huntington Beach, California. Joining Wahoo’s Fish Tacos in the opening of their new store, the Dirty Heads are celebrating the release of Cabin By The Sea and are home to party with fans on Saturday. Beginning at 5pm well into the evening, DH will be jammin’ to a few tunes with surprise special guests! Get there early because it’s free and those that make it early get free tacos!
Along with the summer season, this week is the beginning of the Summer of Sweet Love Tour starring Fortunate Youth with special guests, Tatanka. Starting the first day of summer in San Luis Obispo, California, Fortunate Youth will be in Modesto Friday night before crossing state lines to Reno on Saturday. This tour is gonna be everywhere this summer, so stay in check with The Pie on when they will be in your city!
Bargain Music legend, Josh Fischel is celebrating his birthday this weekend with two shows featuring his new band, The Fiction. Starting Friday night in his hometown of Long Beach, California, DiPiazza’s will be hosting Josh Fischel & The Fiction for the birthday celebration. Part two continues Saturday night in Ocean Beach at local spot, Gallagher’s. Join Josh and his band to party and rock on with some positive vibes for the leading man’s birthday!
