Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad has just announced their spring and summer tour dates. Rochester’s psychedelic roots reggae outfit will headline shows throughout the east coast, along with various festival appearances including the Wanee Festival, Summer Camp, and the Sterling Stage Folkfest.
PANDA! will start their touring season with a special hometown concert this Friday, March 29 at Water Street Music Hall in Rochester, New York. This will be longtime keyboardist Aaron Lipp’s final show with the band. Fans can read more detail about Aaron’s departure from the band at livepanda.com.
The Group has been practicing with a new keyboardist, who will start performing with the band in mid-April. Beginning April 17th PANDA! will work their way down south, playing several dates before their set at The Allman Brothers’ Wanee Festival in Live Oak, Florida.
When asked about the band’s upcoming performances drummer Chris O’Brian expressed to The Pier that he wanted to tell fans ”We’ve got some great slots at some amazing festivals, and a bunch of headliner club shows that are always a blast!
