On Tuesday, February 18th, Inna Vision released a brand new single just before leaving the island of Hawaii to embark on the nationwide Representing 2014 Spring Tour. “Find A Way” is the first single from Inna Vision’s upcoming album, Enjoy The Moment.
Produced by Inna Vision in Maui, “Find A Way” is now available on all digital distribution sites and the single has been getting local island airplay on Q103 Maui and Native 92.5. According to lead singer and bassist, Koa Lopes, the band first started working on the track in August 2013 at Maui Wave Studio. “When we got back from the 2013 ‘Spring Roots Tour’ with Fortunate Youth we went straight to the studio to carry the vibes.”
Inna Vision looked to engineer, Matt Honda, for help with mixing the track. This was the band’s first time linking up with Matt, who has also worked with other Hawaiian artists such as The Green, Hot Rain and more. Harrison Tatik of Maui Wave Studio was the man behind recording the single.
Inna Vision’s plans to originally release a 3-track EP before heading on tour were changed as the band chose to focus more on preparing themselves for the 34 shows approaching on the Representing 2014 Spring Tour. The band has plans to spread the Aloha Spirit to as many people as possible on this next nationwide tour and their newest single showcases the new sound and direction they are taking with their music. Upon the completion of the tour in late April, Inna Vision will be heading back into the studio to finish off their 4th studio album, due out this summer.
