Cisco Adler’s new solo LP, Coastin’, is scheduled for release on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. Those who wish to pre-order the album will receive a free download of Cisco’s song “Hypnotize” that features Matisyahu!
The two recently shot the video for “Hypnotize” in Topanga Canyon near Malibu, CA. With vivid detail, Cisco described the eerie house where scenes were shot that was out of a Grimm’s Fairy Tale, “it’s Hansel and Gretel gone wrong” but the song is “all about the silver lining.” The video is schedule to be released in the next couple of weeks while Matisyahu and Adler are talking about a possible tour together in the fall of 2014.
No stranger to the recording studio with artists such as Schwayze and Mickey Avalon on his resume, Adler is excited about sharing his hard work on his own music with fans everywhere. Coastin’ also features a song with Rome Ramirez called “Only Life I Know” so there is no lack of support for the light-hearted performer.
The album is listed under the Reggae genre and includes 10 total tracks to be released under Adler’s own Bananabeat Records & judging by the songs we’ve heard live, Coastin’ will live up to its name.
