Just 2 weeks after their “Have A Little Faith” tickets sold out, California Roots Presents Inc has once again delivered the goods, making their initial line-up announcement for the 2nd annual California Roots: Carolina Sessions.
Though the reveal of the two headlining acts will be withheld till June 5th, the under-card for the 2014 California Roots: Carolina Sessions is looking solid. There is no doubt that on September 13th & 14th, a sell-out crowd will converge on Battleship Park in beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina. Spread across two days, this epic event promises 14 bands performing between two stages. The first round of artists announced include:

California Roots: Carolina Sessions’ is quickly getting bigger and better, and 2014 features a line-up just as strong as the inaugural year though a bit more diverse. Iration, The Expendables, and the B-Side Players, southern California staples, along with newer artists Stick Figure, HIRIE and Thrive!, bring to the right coast, those beloved Cali vibes.
Representing the east coast on this weekend will be Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, Three Legged Fox and Sun-Dried Vibes. Though the first year also had bands from both coasts, this year features the international influences. The big voices of Collie Buddz, Katchafire and Rootz Underground, respectively of Bermuda, New Zealand and Jamaica round out this packed bill.
