Below is the band bio and link to its MySpace page:
BIO Renegades. Militants. Social Changers. Living Stone is nothing ordinary. Spawned from the fusion of street & reggae in 2000, Living Stone has risen to play with the likes of Midnight, Groundation, Rufus Troutman, Christafari, ’Imisi, Priesthood, Propaganda (of The TunnelRats), Red Cloud & DJ Wise. Hailing from Riverside, CA...one might ask, "how can American Reggae offer anything worth listening to?" With Jamaica’s SoundSystems leaning towards dancehall music, one must search elsewhere for true roots reggae. Living Stone is a creative answer-- paying homage to all reggae legends who paved the way before them.
The lucky winners from our Ballyhoo! contest should have been notified by email by now. We had an overwhelming response and it showed there is much love for Ballyhoo! out there.
By all accounts the CD release party in Maryland last night was a huge success with over 800 people in attendance. Awesome.

California rip-hop hybrids the Kottonmouth Kings are preparing to take fans through a psychedelic journey with the release of the Kottonmouth Xperience 2.
This 2-disc CD/DVD combo takes 15 tracks of classic Kottonmouth Kings and puts them through a blender to create some of the most insane re-mixes by some of today's hottest underground producers.
The DVD portion of this mash up release is sure to give fans a one-way ticket to the Kottonmouth Kings stoney utopia. Each track has been taken and been re-created in a visual format that takes the music to a higher level.
The punk/hip-hop crossover game is about to be re-mixed with a California twist, hand rolled and delivered to you by the Kottonmouth Kings.

So I've been working on a new album and I thought I'd give some updates. I've been working with some different producers: Factor from Saskatoon, Canada; Monsuier LeRoc from Brooklyn/Germany; and Nature Boy from Long Beach; plus I'm producing some stuff myself. I've got four songs almost completely recorded, and at least five more songs that are written but I still have to record them. I'm hoping to have the album done this summer and released by the winter.
I put one song, "Go Down" up on my site (Josh Fischel MySpace). I'm only gonna leave it up for a few hours cause it's pretty rough right now but I thought I'd at least give you a taste of what I've been up to.

Hey guys, I've just been listening to the instrumental tracks on our upcoming album, and they're sounding really good. The tracks are way more complex than on our previous record and the addition of live keys and percussion are definitely a plus. Jordan and I might have to redo some vocals to make the songs really come alive, but all in all, I am really excited about the work we have done.
I am so ready for this thing to be finished, and can't wait to release it. I think we have found a drummer and bassist and are itching to start touring again. shouldn't be too long now. Thanks for hanging in there with us.--Josh
