Undiscovered: Paper St

For those that remember the great SoCal rock rap outfit Dial-7 will be stoked to hear vocalist Mike Lord has started a new band - Paper St. The group also features ex-Bredrin Daddy members so you know it is going to be a high groove rock affair.

Endless Bummer for The Aggrolites

A stream has been posted for the soundtrack to Endless Bummer, the new National Lampoon movie produced by the Warped Tour's Kevin Lyman. Lyman serves as executive producer/co-writer of the movie. The flick is based on the real-life experiences of screenwriter John "J.D." Drury and the early 1980s-era story follows a group of Ventura, Calif., beach buddies who are in search of a stolen surfboard.

Participants on the soundtrack include Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker of Blink 182 and Plus 44, The Aggrolites, Circle Jerks, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, the Briggs, Fear, Pennywise, The Dollyrots, The Action Design and others.

The Aggrolites cover "Ghost Town" and "Pass The Dutchie". Check it out HERE.

Canada's Staylefish has had a pretty crazy year, with some line up changes and other crazy things...but the band is kicking it harder than ever now - new promo CD out and hitting Warped Tour for a week from Tuesday. I will be releasing a NEW album with Cas Haley (#8 Billboard Charts Best selling reggae album of 2008 & Americas Got Talent's 2007 2nd Place winner) this summer.

The album tentatively titled "Favorites" will be a collection of Cas & I covering our favorite new & old reggae songs.
